高齢者介護事業における生産性向上の視点－介護労働の特性に着目して－ Perspectives on Improving Productivity in Elderly Care Services Focusing on the Characteristics of Care Work 菅野, 雅子 スガノ, マサコ Sugano, Masako Considering the increasing demand for nursing care and the shortage of personnel for the same, the need to improve productivity in this field was strongly emphasized in the revision of compensation for nursing care in FY2024. The government’s perspective on productivity improvement is to promote the improvement of operations and introduce technologies such as ICT and nursing care robots. In this study, I asked, “Given the characteristics of nursing care labor, what points need to be considered for improving productivity?” I reviewed previous studies about the characteristics of nursing care labor and examined the perspectives that should be considered.
