単発型構成的グループ・エンカウンターのエクササイズによる気分の変化 Exercise and mood change in a single short Structured Group Encounter Sakurai, Yumiko 櫻井, 由美子 This study examines exercise and mood change in a single short Structured Group Encounter (SGE). I conducted SGE on 51 subjects in university classes. The temporary Mood Scale (TMS) was used to measure their mood; the data were analyzed by Freedman test.
