The Hoiluhkfung people are immigrants from Haifeng and Lufeng counties in the eastern part of Guangdong province. Hoiluhkfungyahn is a minority group and prejudiced as poor or barbaric by majority groups such as Gwongdungyahn (Cantonese), Haakgayahn (Hakka), or Chiujauyahn (Chiu Chou). Hoiluhkfung ethnicity has been created as the result of continuous contacts and conflicts with the other ethnic groups in Hong Kong's socio-economic contexts throughout its history as a city of immigrants. However, since 1970's the ethnic identities based on local origins and dialects have rapidly faded, as younger generations, who were born and raised in Hong Kong, became the majority of the population. In today`s Hong Kong, ethnic boundaries are becoming increasingly invisible. On the other hand, new phenomena related to each ethnic groups' cultural traditions have arisen since the 2000's, such as exploiting or conserving those traditions as resources for tourism or cultural heritage. The first point to be discussed in this article is how Hoiluhkfung ethnicity and Hoiluhkfungyahn's sense of identity has been changed due to the present circumstances. The second point to be discussed is how this group negotiates to make positive self-representations to eradicate the existing negative images, by focusing on their cultural activities and the registration of their traditional festival with the Non-material Cultural Heritage authorities of China.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"茨城キリスト教大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13426362","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"志賀, 市子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"25","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2013-06-05"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"1-09_Shiga.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.4 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"1-09_Shiga","url":"https://ic.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/15/files/1-09_Shiga.pdf"},"version_id":"0b1a2beb-293f-482e-8137-62e252c4976f"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"香港の「海陸豊人」-エスニック表象とアイデンティティのゆらぎ","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"香港の「海陸豊人」-エスニック表象とアイデンティティのゆらぎ"},{"subitem_title":"Hoiluhkfung people in Hong Kong:Negotiating self-representations and changing identities","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"14","path":["7"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2013-06-05"},"publish_date":"2013-06-05","publish_status":"0","recid":"15","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["香港の「海陸豊人」-エスニック表象とアイデンティティのゆらぎ"],"weko_creator_id":"14","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-12-19T06:17:30.207131+00:00"}
