Social and Natural Sciences","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"This study aims to analyze the impact of wage improvement measures and the work-life balance (WLB) support provided at nursing care facilities on the turnover intention among care workers. A path analysis was conducted on 300 samples of permanent care workers who participated in an Internet survey. The results showed that wage improvement, career path clarification, and WLB support all showed significant effects on reducing turnover intention via affective commitment to the organization. Wage improvement and WLB support also showed significant direct effects in reducing turnover intention. WLB support had a larger positive effect on affective commitment and had a greater total effect on reducing turnover intention than wage improvement.
