| 内容記述 | This study reports on a pilot initiative aimed at incorporating diverse perspectives of youth (ages 10–20) into community-based welfare practice. In collaboration with the Hitachi City Council of Social Welfare, university students majoring in social welfare and high school students participated in two sessions—dialogue and presentation—held over the course of one month in March 2025. Post-activity reflections were collected via Microsoft Forms from 11 consenting female university students. Analysis of their responses identified four key themes: (1) awareness of collaborative practice based on individual strengths, (2) learning through intergenerational and cross-sectoral exchange, (3) personal growth through leadership experiences, and (4) expanded conceptions of welfare and recognition of youth potential. Several challenges were also noted, including limited preparation time, difficulties in sharing information between high school and university students, and issues related to role distribution. Based on these findings, the study discusses the need for youth-centered participatory design, inclusive operational schemes, and mechanisms to ensure continuity. It also emphasizes the importance of strengthening support infrastructure—such as reducing burdens on facilitators and enhancing outreach—to promote inclusive community welfare and foster sustainable community connections. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
