| 内容記述 | Apples contain a variety of nutrients and functional nutrients. In recent years, seedlings of the cooking apple variety “Bramley” have been imported from Britain, and apples have begun to be harvested and sold in Japan, including Obuse Town, Nagano Prefecture. This article outlines the history of Bramley, the town's revitalization efforts, and its characteristics. Additionally, we also showcase cooking experiments with Bramley apples, including Bramley jam, pie, salad dressing, and Bramley and Chicken Diable. | |||||||||||
