This paper reported the significance of the business model innovation based on customer oriented approach and shutting out the competitor from the market and bringing the new idea of business model from relative past research.Especially I state the problems about the Liquid crystal display business per the case of SHARP ,and arrange the weak points of Japanese companies business model and suggest the new business model for Japanese companies on the past research of business model. And through the case of developing Lithium-ion Battery industry apply this new model to the industrial management theme.
