Several meta-analyses have shown the effectiveness of the Mediterranean diet on chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. In this paper, we introduce those dietary interventions and the benefits of the Mediterranean diet. Furthermore, we developed a Mediterranean meal plan for dysphagia.
