One reason for the low employment rate of students with disabilities is the relative low corporate performance. However, because companies are recognized by society, they have a social mission. As one of its social missions, it is required to employ various workers including persons with disabilities. Also, we believe that corporate performance and diverse worker employment function as both wheels will lead to continuous development of companies and society. For this reason, this paper considered the existing “Employment Readiness Checklist for the Disabled”, “Checklist for Employment Transition Support” and “Employee Checklist for working with disabled people” from the viewpoint of corporate performance and the ease of working of workers such as disabilities, for the purpose of consideration self-analysis indicators that students with disabilities can use to prepare for employment. In order to select a workplace that matches people with disabilities themselves, it is necessary to create indicators based on the viewpoint of ease of work for people with disabilities.}, pages = {141--149}, title = {就労特別支援ニーズをもつ学生のための自己分析指標の検討}, volume = {53}, year = {2019}, yomi = {トガシ, ヒトミ} }
