Therefore, the importance of study support for students with disabilities at universities is increasing. Looking at the current situation where the employment rate of students with disabilities is lower than the employment rate of university students in general, it seems that employment support for students with disabilities is indispensable as part of their study support. Examining the necessity of this employment support for each type of disability, it can be said that students with mental disabilities and students with developmental disabilities especially need employment support. Therefore, for the purpose of employment support for students with disabilities, this paper considers the components of a self-analysis checklist that can contribute to students with mental disabilities as enough support when preparing for employment.
