However, average teachers in primary and secondary education tend to misunderstand this requirement as to establish training method of problem-solving technique within a short period of time.\n In this essay, authors try to analyze why such misunderstanding develops in teachers.\n The development of IT had changed the experiences. The wide spreaded usage of audiovisual recordings and computer-based simulations in education is highly efficient for teaching in classroom.
