| 内容記述 | Certified Nurses are highly specialized nurses. However, it is sometimes difficult for certified nurses to perform their three roles: practice, teaching, and consultation. The purpose of this study was to identify the difficulties that certified nurses (CN) experience in these three roles. Overcoming CN' difficulties in the three roles will help to improve the quality of cancer nursing and the quality of life of cancer patients and their families. An anonymous questionnaire was administered to 1,435 randomly selected CN. Respondents were free to describe in the questionnaire any difficulties they experienced in their practice, teaching, and consultation roles while working as CN. The response rate was 30.7%, and the valid response rate was 98.0%. A single text data was defined as a single sentence expressing a single meaning or content for the content described in the questionnaire. The text data was analyzed by text mining. KH Coder version 3 was used for the analysis. Hierarchical cluster analysis resulted in 12 clusters. The 12 clusters, organized by the cause of the difficulties, were divided into the following categories: the CN themselves, the backgrounds and relationships of those with whom they collaborate, the organizations with which they work, and multiple causes. Furthermore, these difficulties were considered to have an impact on the patient. |
