| 内容記述 | Volunteer coordination,which has been insufficiently researched,is necessary to foster volunteer activities.This study examines volunteer coordination in the Streetlife Festival in Munich,Germany.The festival is organized by an environmental NPO with an ecological approach;a great variety of people attend the exhibitions and go to the street stands.Volunteer groups and coordinating organizations inform festival attendees about their work,promote themselves and recruit new members.This study examines four facets of the volunteer coordination in the Streetlife Festival:group outreach fo rvolunteer coordination,volunteer coordination being supported by organizations and companies,Internet and web sites being effectively utilized,and groups using an ecological approach to volunteer coordination. | |||||||||
