| 内容記述 | The antioxidant capacity of Fagopyrum dibotrys (F. dibotrys) (D.Don)Hara(Perennial buckwheat) seed and roots extract had been determined by using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH), Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity(TEAC) assay and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) assay and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity using intestinal acetone powders from rat in vitro. The results showed that F. dibotrys seed extract of MeOH and F. dibotrys roots had good total antioxidant activity in vitro. According to these, the especially F. dibotrys roots extract of MeOH high antioxidant potential. The inhibitory activity of F. dibotrys seed extract of MeOH and F. dibotrys roots against maltase and sucrase from rat intestine was compared. F. dibotrys roots extract of MeOH is thought have inhibited sucrase activity. | |||||||||
