| 内容記述 | The system of long-term care insurance which will be implemented in April 2004, during recent one year, was variously evaluated by mass media. This paper was presented with obtaining the suitable article in newspaper for verification and was modified on the conventional paper. In the process of such verification I found that the long-term care insurance was seldom used than I initially expected. In fact, the use of welfare for the elder people was just relied on the accommodation and was applied from the framework of the conventional system. The Japanese welfare system for elder people is 20 years behind that of the other advanced countries. This paper was demonstrated with very careful verification especially from the view of ideal long-term care insurance system and presented the advanced one through the result of solid research work, then the continuous and reliable verification was carried out based on these works. I would highly appreciate the reader's full understanding on these points. | |||||||||||
