The purpose of this study was to investigate the intraindividual variation of performance in race 100m run and between races. The subject was one sprinter case. Sprint running movement was analyzed by self-observation and outside-observation. The main results obtained were as follows: 1) The result of R1 was 11.02s(-0.9) 11.43s(+0.5) and R2h, and an obviously high better than that of R1 0.41s time of R2h, performance.2) As for the center of gravity amount, After has lowered overall in Acc than Before. This was able to add bigger power to ground at short contact time, and to move the body more forward. A subjective performance change in the self-observation is suggested that the profit of can the explanation by an objective kinematics change in the outside-observation, and understanding from both was able to be shown. In the present study, it is thought that it was possible to become one example of proving it is necessary for these to succeed to some degree in the understanding of own target image, and construction, and the accomplishment of the training means, and to aim at the system performance enhancement. |
