| 内容記述 | A lecture on “work education” was conducted for students in a teacher training course in order for them to acquire the necessary knowledge and technology for facilitating gardening and agricultural experiences of children. Since the past 10 years, about 160 plant species have been cultivated to be used to develop understanding of the following: (a) natural scientific features of plants, (b) efficient cultivation techniques of vegetables, and (c) applicability of plants to human life. Through the practical course, it is expected that students learn about the diversity and common characteristic of plants and techniques related to guiding gardening and agricultural experiences of children. These activities utilized agrochemical-free organic soil in order to raise awareness of dietary education. Finally, the students’ perspectives on the natural environment were investigated and discussed. | |||||||||
