In November 2016, we surveyed on management innovation of small and medium sized companies in Ibaraki prefecture. The purpose of this survey is to find the key factors of management innovation for activating Ibaraki area. To accomplish this purpose, we sent the questionnaire concerning management innovation to over 1000 small and medium sized companies located in this area. Questionnaire is composed of many aspects of management activities, especially the factors relating management autonomy and alliance with other companies. This paper shows the statistical results on the collected 243 data. This research is supported by Ibaraki Christian University (Research Grant No. IC-CMPS-A16-02). |
