内容記述 | The author examined the effect of psycho-education using the structure of the self-help group method. The self-help group is named Seikatsu no Hakkenkai that based on Morita psychotherapy. Participants of the exercise were 29 female college students (20.9±0.36 (mean± s.d.)).The results of the Morita neurosis scale, carried out before and after the psycho-education, showed significant differences in four of the eight items. The self-help group method of “talking about their experiences”was easy for college students to work with, and the sharing of the group suggested that they became more aware of the way of thinking, perceptions, and attitudes toward themselves and others. In order to introduce Morita therapy to more students and to provide them with opportunities to use it in their daily lives, the psycho-education program needs to make improvements on the materials of the exercises. |
