| 内容記述 | This report is a practical record of an energy metabolism measurement in the registered dietitian course Experiment in Nutrition, which was held at Ibaraki Christian University. We investigated the energy consumption of daily activities and online fitness exercises (NHK radio calisthenics, LESMILLS ON DEMAND (BODYATTACK, BODYCOMBAT and BODYBALANCE)) with a portable metabolic gas analyzer. The understanding of energy metabolism and the motivation of the exercise were believed to be promoted by utilizing online fitness as part of a new post-COVID-19 lifestyle. | |||||||||
